Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds within 30 days of purchase under these conditions:
Change of Heart
If you’re unable to care for your puppy within the first 30 days, you may return them for a full refund—no judgment, just understanding.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Major life events like relocation, job loss, or other significant changes may affect your ability to keep your pup. Contact us to discuss your situation. We may offer a full or partial refund based on the circumstances.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return and refund:
The puppy must be in good health, with no signs of neglect or mistreatment.
All original documents (health records, vaccination paperwork, etc.) must be returned.
We may request a vet exam upon the puppy’s return.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
Returns requested after 30 days from the purchase date.
Puppies purchased with a discounted adoption fee.
Health concerns arising after the 30-day window.
How to Start a Return
Contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
Share your reason and any relevant documentation.
We’ll respond within 2 business days.
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the puppy.
